General rules for time trial championships: 10 Mile League. 8 races to count, which include the Club Championship 17 Mile League. 3 races to count, including Hereward League
NOTES: Spalding Cycling Club are committed to making their events as safe as possible. Therefore, all riders are recomended to wear hard shell helmets and display rear red lights at all times.
You are also reminded to follow the Highway Code at all times. In particular riders must not cross the centre of the road at any point around the course. Officials will be in place and will report any infringements, which may lead to disqualification.
